What a blessing it was being a kid in New England in 1976....Bicentennial hoopla everywhere! I remember myself and a few buddlies hopped the T into town to catch our favorite band in a performance for the ages. They played Music Never Stopped early first set, and the words rang true. The encore was U.S. Blues sandwiched in the middle of Sugar Magnolia, a musical backdrop to a scene as American as it gets.
